Pastors Board Purpose Statement
The pastors of Troy Christian Chapel are called to serve the church of Jesus Christ, local and universal, as well as each other. They fulfill this calling by shepherding, preaching, teaching, and counseling God's people as well as by guarding the historic faith of the church. They serve each other by mutual encouragement, mutual submission, mutual accountability, and mutual respect for the diverse gifts of each so that together they foster among themselves and God's people the unity of the Spirit that leads them to the unity of faith.
